Eligibility Representation and Warranties

I hereby represent and warrant that I meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Age Requirement

I am at least 18 years old, and I have the full, complete, and unrestricted right and authority to enter into any agreements or releases required for Stripper Wars (the “Program”).

Legal Status

I am either a United States citizen; (ii) a legal permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) I am legally in the United States at the time of my initial audition. I understand and agree that I will be required to have appropriate visa status in the United States that allows me to compete on the Program prior to the live shows.

I have listed provided the names of everyone I know, including but not limited to everybody in my immediate family, who is, or has been in the past two years, an officer, employee, agent, contractor, officer, director, or representative of any of the following:

Producer Key Entertainment Group division of Toozit LLC, producer,  or any of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated, or related entities, or any of their respective licensees, successors, and assigns;

Network, any television network or platform associated with the Program, or any of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated, or related entities, or any of their respective licensees, successors, or assigns;

Any television station or channel, cable network, or satellite network that may air or otherwise exhibit the Program or any variation thereof;

Any person or entity involved in the development, production, distribution, or other exploitation of the Program or any variation thereof;

Any sponsor of the Program or its or their advertising agency; or

Any person or entity supplying services or prizes to the Program.

The entities described above are referred to herein as the “Producer Entities.”

TKey Entertainment Group division of Toozit LLC, producer,  and the Network reserve the right to remove from the Program any person (including any member of an act) whom Key Entertainment Group division of Toozit LLC, producer, or the Network determines, in their sole discretion, is sufficiently connected with the Program or any of the Producer Entities, such that such person’s participation in the Program could create the appearance of impropriety. Conversely, Key Entertainment Group division of Toozit LLC, producer, Key Entertainment Group division of Toozit LLC, producer, Toozit LLC and/or the Network reserve the right to allow any person to remain part of the Program who may have a connection with the Program or any of the Producer Entities, if, in Key Entertainment Group division of Toozit LLC, producer, Toozit LLC's and/or the Network’s sole discretion, they determine that such person’s involvement in the Program does not and will not affect the integrity of the Program. I will immediately notify the Producer if any of my relatives, friends, or acquaintances appear in or are in any other way involved in the production of the Program.

Public Office

I am not currently a candidate for public office, and if selected to participate in the Program, I agree that I will not become a candidate for public office until at least one (1) year after the initial broadcast of the final episode of the Program in which I appear. If there is any change in this representation prior to the initial exhibition of the Program in which I appear, I will immediately notify the Program by emailing stripper_wars_producer@toozit.net. Becoming a candidate before or around the time of the initial exhibition of the Program may, under certain circumstances, have legal implications on the exhibitor’s ability to exhibit the Program.

I understand and agree that Key Entertainment Group division of Toozit LLC, producer, Toozit LLC and the Network have the sole discretion to make determinations of eligibility, and that they reserve the right to change any of the eligibility requirements at any time.
