Stripper Wars, intended to air on various television platforms (the "Program"), is a United States-based television competition featuring entertainers in a reality dance contest to win the competition. By participating in this Stripper Wars Season 1 online audition (the “Online Audition”) and submitting an online audition video (“Audition Video”) to the audition website, available at www.stripperwars.tv (the “Online Audition Website”), for consideration by Key Entertainment Group division of Toozit LLC, ("Producer"), Toozit LLC (“Producer”) in connection with the Program, the act (as defined below) acknowledges that it has read, understands, and voluntarily agrees to abide by these online audition and video submission terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) in their entirety and the Online Auditions Privacy Policy. The effective date of these Terms and Conditions (the “Effective Date”) shall be October 1, 2024.
Before submitting an Audition Video, please confirm that each individual member of the act meets the Eligibility Requirements in Section A below. In addition, please ensure that the Audition Video meets the Audition Video Submission Requirements in Section B below.
Audition Videos will stop being accepted on a date determined in the sole discretion of Producer (the “Video Submission Period”). No Audition Videos will be accepted after 11:59 p.m. PT on the close of the Video Submission Period.
Producer makes no guarantee that all online Audition Videos received will be reviewed.
As used herein, “User” will refer to the individual who completes the data fields on the Online Audition Website and uploads the Audition Video. User must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and, if registering on behalf of a person under eighteen years of age (each a “Minor”), must be authorized to act on behalf of such Minor (i.e., a parent or legal guardian).
A. Eligibility Requirements.
I hereby represent and warrant that I meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
(i) (a) I am at least 18 years old and I have the full, complete, and unrestricted right and authority to enter into any agreements or releases required for Stripper Wars (the “Program
(ii) I must be either (i) a United States citizen; (ii) a legal permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) be in the United States legally while competing on the Program (including during my initial audition). I have listed below the names of everyone I know, including but not limited to everybody in my immediate family, who is, or has been in the past two years, an officer, employee, agent, contractor, officer, director, or representative of any of the following:
(a) Key Entertainment Group division of Toozit LLC, producer, , Toozit LLC producer, or any of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated, or related entities, or any of their respective licensees, successors, and assigns;
(b) Any television network or station owned, operated by, or affiliated with, and/or any of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated, or related entities, or any of their respective licensees, successors, or assigns;
(c) Any television station or channel, cable network, or satellite network that may air or otherwise exhibit the Program or any variation thereof;
(d) Any person or entity involved in the development, production, distribution, or other exploitation of the Program or any variation thereof;
(e) Any sponsor of the Program (or its or their advertising agency); or
(f) Any person or entity supplying services or prizes to the Program.
The entities described in the preceding sentence shall be referred to herein, individually and collectively, as the “Producer Entities.”
Producer and/or Network reserve the right to remove from the Program any person (including any member of the act) that Producer determines, in their sole discretion, is sufficiently connected with the Program or any of the Producer Entities such that the person’s participation in the Program could create the appearance of impropriety. Conversely, Producer and/or Network reserve the right to allow any person to remain part of the Program if, in Producer’s sole discretion, they determine that such person’s involvement in the Program does not and will not affect the integrity of the Program.
(iii) I am not currently a candidate for public office, and if selected to participate in the Program, I agree that I will not become a candidate for public office until at least one (1) year after the initial broadcast of the final episode of the Program in which I appear. If there is any change in this representation prior to the initial exhibition of the Program in which I appear, I will immediately notify Producer. Becoming a candidate before or around the time of the initial exhibition of the Program may under certain circumstances have legal implications on the exhibitor’s ability to exhibit the Program.
I understand and agree that Producer has the sole discretion to make determinations of eligibility and that they reserve the right to change any of the eligibility requirements at any time.
B. Audition Video Submission Requirements.
1. General Requirements.
(a) The act may submit ONLY ONE (1) Audition Video on the Online Audition Website.
(b) Audition Videos should be submitted at www.stripperwars.tv. Follow the onscreen prompts to upload the act’s Audition Video. Audition Videos will NOT be accepted after 11:59 p.m. PT on the close of the Video Submission Period.
(c) At least one participant in an act must have Internet access during the Video Submission Period and sign up as the User on the Online Audition Website. There is no charge to become a User on the site.
(d) The act’s Audition Video must be submitted by a User at least eighteen (18) years old, who has the authority to act on behalf of the other participants in the act.
(e) The act’s Audition Video must comply with the requirements of this Section B. Any Audition Video that, in Producer’s discretion, does not comply with the requirements of this Section B may be excluded in Producer’s sole discretion.
(f) The Audition Video submission will not be complete until the act has accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
(g) Producer reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the eligibility of each act to participate in the Program. Producer may, at its sole discretion, select any eligible person to advance to any round of the auditions and/or the Program, regardless of whether the eligible person has auditioned in any other manner available.
(h) The act’s conduct on the Online Audition Website shall also be governed by the Terms of Website Use . In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Website Use, these Terms and Conditions shall control.
(i) Producer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or change the eligibility requirements hereunder from time to time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting to the Online Audition Website. Producer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to allow any eligible person to participate in the Program, regardless of how, when, and/or whether they participated in the audition process.
2. Audition Video Content.
(a) Audition Videos must conform to the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Terms of Website Use available at www.stripperwars.tv/termsofservice and the Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Website Use, and the Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time.
(b) Videos should be no longer than two (2) to three (3) minutes. The act may include a short introduction (no more than thirty (30) seconds) stating the name of the act, ages of members, where the act is from, and any other information the act would like to convey.
(c) Audition Videos must NOT contain material that is sexually explicit, obscene, violent, discriminatory, illegal, offensive, threatening, or harassing; but may be exotic dance in nature, no full nudity but minimal coverage is acceptable.
(d) Audition Videos must NOT contain derogatory references to the Producer Entities.
C. Further Documentation.
In the event Producer chooses the act to participate in the Program, the act will be required to fill out, sign, and agree to all of the terms and conditions of additional forms. The act may also be subject to a background investigation at Producer’s discretion.
D. Acts (contestants) previous legal issue or convictions ARE NOT disqualified from auditioning or appearing on Stripper Wars, all decisions will be made by the Producers with the Executive Producer having the final decision authority over all.
