Summary of Stripper Wars Series Rules
The Executive Producer/Creator ("Producer") reserves the right to change the structure of the Stripper Wars Series ("Series") as deemed necessary, including, but not limited to, adding or removing Cast Members, requesting additional performances from Cast Members, and modifying the Qualifying or Series schedule, prize distribution, or payout structure.
Entry and participation in the Series require that Cast Members make themselves available for the Series, agree to and sign all necessary Release Forms, and comply with the rules and terms set by the Producer, including Series Rules. Cast Members may also be asked to participate in online or interactive activities, such as webcasts, interviews, or 'chat-rooms,' and in promotional, publicity, sponsorship, and merchandising events related to the Program.
Participation in the Series requires that Cast Members have no conflicting contractual, commercial, sponsorship, or other agreements regarding their performance abilities, name, likeness, image, or biography that would breach any Release Forms or Series Rules or prevent participation in the Program.
Should a Cast Member be selected to participate, they must enter into agreements, including a management agreement with the Producer or its designee, a merchandising and sponsorship agreement, and an individual management agreement ("Management Agreements"). If a Cast Member does not sign these agreements before recording, production, or broadcasting begins, the Producer reserves the right to disqualify them. Management Agreements become fully effective only for the Series Winner.
Cast Members must refrain from discussing their participation or seeking advice related to the Program from other contestants, the host, or venue staff unless authorized by the Producer.
Cast Members may be required to keep all information regarding the Series confidential, including details about outcomes, performance evaluations, and comments made by Series team members or the Producer.
The Producer’s and Commissioner’s decisions are final, and Cast Members acknowledge that the Program's interests take precedence. If the public voting system’s integrity is compromised, the Producer reserves the right to make all final decisions.
The Producer may assign Cast Members to specific Series rounds and has veto rights over team compositions, even when Cast Members are allowed to select teammates.
The Producer reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification. All personal details provided to the Producer must be truthful and accurate.
The Producer is not liable if a Cast Member is unable to attend or participate in any part of the Series.
The Producer reserves the right to amend the Series Rules or terminate the Series at any time without liability. If a Cast Member fails or is disqualified, the Producer may replace them with a previous or new candidate.
The Producer is under no obligation to broadcast or record any part of the Program that includes a Cast Member’s participation.
Cast Members must behave appropriately during the Series and comply with all Series Rules and other applicable regulations. The Producer reserves the right to remove or disqualify any Cast Member for inappropriate behavior.
In case of a tie due to public voting, the Producer has the discretion to determine the outcome, including requesting additional performances.
All Cast Members agree that the Producer and its agents may use, exploit, and distribute their audition(s), performances, appearances, comments, name, likeness, image, and voice in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further consent or compensation. This also applies to individuals accompanying Cast Members, such as family and friends. All Cast Members and accompanying individuals waive any copyright interest, including moral rights, in their contributions.
The Producer, qualifying host locations, Series Host, Series Announcers, Series Team Members, Series Celebrity Guests, and any associated entities or representatives are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages related to the Series, including travel issues, participation, selection or disqualification, decisions by the Producer or Commissioner, or any errors in Series materials.
In case of disputes regarding any aspect of the Series or these Series Rules, the Producer’s decision is final.
These Stripper Wars Series Rules are in addition to, and do not supersede, any signed Release Forms. In case of conflict, the Release Form takes precedence.
